The Institut Supérieur Don Bosco in Lomé (ISDB) brought the 2025–2026 academic year to a close on 26 June 2026 with a Eucharistic celebration presided over by Father Boris TOGBE, Secretary-General of the ISDB, in the presence of several priests, members of the teaching staff and students. This Mass was intended as an act of thanksgiving to the Lord for ensuring the smooth running of this academic year. During the Mass, a moment of remembrance was observed for members of the academic community who had suffered bereavements.
Following the Mass, the academic management presented certificates of merit to students completing their Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and Educational Sciences who had maintained a flawless record over six semesters and achieved the highest marks. A total of 17 students received this award, including nine Salesians. The three confreres from the AOS Province (Hubert KOUDEKA, Warou SIMTAYA and Jules SOGLO), who were part of this cohort, all received this certificate of merit. This is a cause for joy for our Province, which sees three of its sons receive this distinction.
